it's different every day for me. it's not good to eat the same things over and over every day. you need variety in your food. some days it's granola bars for breakfast eating on the way to the first yard. others it's all wheat pancakes. others it's all wheat biscuits and turkey bacon. for lunch it varies each day too. some days i eat lunch at 12pm others it's 2-3pm before i get around to it. you can actually eat healthy at burger king now which is weird since they were always the most unhealthy place to eat. they have veggie burgers, sweet potato fries, and bottled water. makes a good lunch and not too heavy like beef is. sometimes i eat chicken or whatever. i'm not real big on sandwiches. i do eat at subway sometimes but usually that's for dinner. today i ate lunch at bubba-ritos. it's southwestern food. some days i'm done mowing by 3pm so i just work all day and then eat a snack at home and then eat dinner around 6-7pm.

i usually pee at lunch time when i stop. it stays hot here so you sweat everything out so you don't have to pee that much really.

Before I leave the house: one cup of coffee.
On the road: One pack of donettes.
Lunch break: fast food (typically burger joints).
Stop for soda and/or water refill s couple times throughout the day.
Dinner on the way home: Another burger with fries.

Not that it's relevant, but since others have mentioned it... 28 years old, 6' 2", and 138 lbs. I've weighed the same for 10 years straight. One day, I might round out with any luck.

wow i was 165 when i was 18 ...lol i'm 5'9"...i've never been skinny but i've never been fat. i'm just stocky. i was probably 175 at 28 years old. i got up to 225lbs at 35 but i've lost some weight since i stopped drinking sodas and started eating better. now i'm down closer to 200 and still losing weight.

It was probably for the best, as I didn't wash my hands.

I'm in that general area on Mondays. See you around!

Its easy for me, a typical day is wake up go to school come home eat lunch then be at a job by 330. On the weekends when I work sometimes I will bring lunch with in a cooler or run to the fast food joint and pick up something. Today I ran to wendys and got food cause I wanted a cold pop and all I had in the truck was water.

Lunch is usually throughout the day in between lawns, I don't stop and take a lunch break. But my lunch is typically 2 lunch meat sandwiches (sun dried tomato turkey and chicken) on any type of bread from Panera (it beats eating plain old white bread all the time.) I always pack at least 1 apple and 1 banana, and raisins like previously mentioned. A gallon of water and I'm set for the day. Not a big lunch, but enough to get me through the day.

Anyone else usually pack sandwiches? Any ideas to break up the same ol' sandwich?
My new favorite sandwich is a good smoked ham with swiss cheese and mayo (and whatever toppings you like) and sea salt and vinager kettle cooked chips stacked on top... Its to die for and gives it a whole different texture and taste... Yes I know I am akward
