36 Toro Walkbehind

Thanks for the comments regarding the 36 Toro Walkbehind. They are very helpful in me making my decision to purchase the Toro over the Exmark.

If I had to start all over, the first mower that I would purchase would be the Toro T-bar with a 36" deck. There is nothing wrong with having that as your main mower.

BTW, I own 3 of them.

I have run several over years and currently have a 40" w/ T - Bar and Tru Trak sulky and they all have been great mowers.

toro 48 inch

I just bought a 48 inch gear drive today, this is a great looking machine, my only concern is the belt drive, if I use a sulky behind this mower are they bad about the drive belts slipping

Seems per the toro website the 36 is only available in the gear drive.

You have too go bigger for the Hydros.

exmark and toro are the same company now, if you have a exmark dealer near by that would be the way i would chose to go, not to say that that toro is not good. but the exmark company are the innovators of the ECS hand controls and there walkbehind with floating decks are second to none. i have scag WB and Exmark, if most of my fleet wasn't scag i would really consider the turf Tracers
