First and last time that decision will ever be made again. For anyone to criticized another ones product without any previous knowledge or experience is one thing. What I will not tolerate is sending my product to anyone who has many different things to say about the product, but never actually tried the product out on
job.
Again, it's obvious you can't take a ounce of negative feedback. I believe I have receive back Two units to date that the customer returned. First one was it was not what the customer was expecting, which is fine. The Second time was when a customer needed to have his wife call me to seek a refund for her husbands purchase. It seems that the ELH was not working out for hubby. When I asked why hubby's wife said when my husband was using the ELH on the step ladder!, it was necessary to interrupt and ask why he would use the ELH on a step ladder or any ladder when the instruction manual clearly states not to do so, the wife
said her husband knew he was to supposed to use it that way but did anyway!
The other reason was trimming in close quarters nest to a house. I
explained that a common sense approach when using the ELH would also have worked as well.
As I expected, you will insult your customers as well. The wife I believe really only wanted her money back, which I
was very happy to refund. Positive or negative feedback of my product is fine by me, I take exception to
comments about my product when made wholesale
with out ever trying for any actual period of time on the job.

According to the invoice, there was no "wholesale" going on at all. I didn't need to "try it out" any longer then I did before I realized it was a cumbersome contraption made of inexpensive parts. If the price was half of what it is, I might have kept it. No way I'll blow $320 on something that has common parts from your local hardware store.

Me either! Also, thanks to how much you post about this thing, I would *NEVER* buy one. I don't think it is right that you post about it so much. Someone asks about a trimmer or hedge trimmer and your hawking your product...

ok, time to close this one down guys...we have heard from both parties and some can agree to disagree, but either way, no need for personal attacks, etc. especially if some haven't even tried the product out

thanks
