$60 bucks for a quality cut 3 1/2 acre property? You can have it all day. I find it hard to believe you can pull up unload the mower and mow and be out in 45 mins. Maybe a 1 1/2 in mid summer but no way in the spring time. I also will not take on lawns that don't want trimming or blowing off hard surfaces. $150 bare min if you take it. $210 might be a hard sell weekly but I don't know your area.

Nah this is a different lawn. The one i made the video on was a smaller yard.
