UPDATE

Hi guys. You were spot on. IT has taken this long to get this issue sorted out.

I had to wait 4-5 weeks for that adapter for oil cooler. It was not available in Aus at the time.

Then the engine was leaking the next day I got it back.

I figured this shop had 2 goes at it now so I rang Kohler Australia and he put me onto another shop that does a lot of work on Kohler gear.

Straight up this guy was talking about closure plate seal. Sure enough he found the leak. Cleared the work with Kohler and pulled the engine out.

When he took the plate off the back he said he could see where the original seal was not done well and caused a failure.

Fingers crossed I will put it on a few big jobs this week to give it a good test.

I wish I went to this shop first up.

Changing from the TT back to the Wright Z when the work was done has really made me appreciate the TT! Awesome machine!

Lets hope it is trouble free for a while

Good for you, this is not a big problem, if the mechanic did a good job on the reseal your oil leak is finished.
