Toro Commercial 21": Kickers or No Kickers?

I was wondering if anyone has had a chance to try their Toro Proline Commercial 21" units without the kickers on the deck? Does it make any difference when bagging or mulching?

I always ran with them OUT. I want a clean sweep under the deck for the best bagging the mower can do.
