Govt contracts can be tricky bc some have minority and woman's owned business requirements. There insurance requirements can be tough. One bank that we work for has a 7 million dollar combined general liability requirement. The other issue with govt work is the prevailing wage requirement and certified payroll. You have to really be on top of the paperwork. And you also have to make sure your employees are hustling bc your paying 50 a hr payroll and add your WC and Taxes it's about 70 a hr. You can lose a lot. I personally like doing those jobs bc I have a great crew working with me and we can seal about 250k sq feet a day.

Rule number one no matter how big you get stay humble. Work hard and never sleep on your competitors. Remember when your sleeping there is someone out there hustling.

I have 2 sealrite 1000 gallon trailer units. A 300 gallon sealmaster unit. 3 graco line lazers. 100 gal crack melter. Than all the other odds and ends.
