There is a HUD price list for various services. $100.00 to board up the Garage sounds low. Do a search for it. If not I will try to find this evening.

Do not let them low ball you or just refuse. Initial cuts and recuts are some what fairly priced.

I am not advocating anyone try to build a business this way. I am saying that if the property is in your area and you have room in the schedule then take it if you want it.
