I personally think 7:30-5 is fair. Our days in this biz start early, so a dealer should accommodate that. If they don't like it, they shouldn't own a shop.

All depends on what you have for parts and service. If you don't stock anything and just want to sell. 10-2. If you have parts I would say 7-730 to 6 and maybe 1 late night like 730-8. I know when I get busy and need something or purchase a piece its either real early or late in the day. Seems like on the weekends all you see are home owners or people doing "it" on the side needing advice, like how to put string in the trimmer or how often to sharpen blades.

Wait til you have a commercial go off on a part timer like I did earlier in the year. Sucks waiting when you see the same knuckle heads over and over with the same dang problems
