Having dealt almost exclusively with commercial properties who always had a property and maintenance manager, plus a bunch of underlings, this turnover is a big red flag. Maybe a new area manager took over or a new VP who revised budgets down was the real cause of the turn over and delay of payments.

This happened to us often. Plus down here properties were constantly being sold, every two to three years a new owner would take over and the rules all changed again.

Cheap price, late payments, poor attitude - a customer only gets to have 2 of the 3.
