Red Max BC225DL won't run at high speed

I have replaced several parts, gas tank pipes, fuel filter, air cleaner element, and primer pump bulb.... and taken the diaphram down and cleaned and sprayed out with carb cleaner.

unit starts and idles fine...but it bogs down when throttle is opened up and will not run.....cuts off.
I have looked for a high speed adjustment screw and cannot find one (is there one?)

gas is new, and the unit ran fine before I installed piping on the gas tank and other parts.

any ideas here....????

I am new here and really like the forum.

thanks....

If the unit ran fine, why did you replace some many parts?
