"Justa" Slipped Away Quietly in the night

We have made a 180° change and so far I haven't lost any customers. Craig's Professional Lawn Care & Property Maintenance went quietly in the night - along with its "Justa" model. On Monday emerged Craig's Landscape Management LLC (Certified, Licensed & Insured). The new CLM offers its clients Contract Packages. These package deals are still a bit of a gamble as I'm planning on only 28 cuts out of a 35-week season, and only planning on 16 snow removals over the 4-months of winter - which in Southeastern Michigan is probably in my favor.

Package #1 - April-November (Starting at $1750)
Spring Cleanup
Spring Feed
Spring Weed/Insect/Fungus/Bacteria Control
Lawn Care - Double Cut/Edge/Trim/Cleanup (to maintain grass height of 3.75")
Lawn Feed (Once very 3-weeks between spring and fall)
Fall Feed
Fall Cleanup
Fall Weed/Insect/Fungus/Bacteria Control

Package #2 - January-December (Starting at $2,400)
Same as Package #1 plus
Snow and Ice Removal

Package #3 - April-November (Starting at $2,400)
Same as Package #1 plus
Tree and Bush Pruning/Trimming/Shaping
Landscape Bed Maintenance

Package #4 - January-December (Starting at 3,100)
Same as Package #3 Plus
Snow and Ice Removal

There are a lot more packages but you get the idea. Also getting the Truck & Mowers Vinyl Wrapped over the winter with Waving American Flags and having the mower's wheels chromed. Uniforms will be Blue Pleated pants, with Red button down shirts with White embroidered lettering (Logo on the back and names and titles over the pockets). Wanted to change the name to "American Lawn" but it was taken.

Best of luck to you! If you don't mind me asking, what is it going to cost to have 4 wheels chromed on a Z?
Thanks, Stan

I wouldn't offer fungicide in any package. Always extra. You will loose your but if all your clients get a disease at once

16 pushes with all the lake effect snow you guys get? I also agree on the disease control, bill it seperately on an "as needed" basis.

glad to see the improvements--good luck

your 'justa' text messages were pretty innovative, though might have needed a lot of tweeking--keep up with the high tech communication to customers-
