This is an estate home in Fairfax Station that was part of today's schedule. The homeowner, a general contractor, wasn't home when we finished, yet he called tonight asking us to do more work for him and he has two neighbors that want to meet with us. Needless to say he's quite pleased. And the siding on this home? It looked like cedar to me but it's cypress. You rarely see that here in Northern VA.

We hope to get to this home in Rockville MD in the next 1.5 - 2 weeks. Rather than a bucket truck, ladders and a roof cleaning system, we're thinking a herd of goats are in order first..... What a mess on the main structure especially.

A very belated thank you Chet!

I've fallen out of the habit of taking before pictures, yet am going through some files to modify our online gallery.

Here's a 3 part picture that clearly show just how well this process works. As always, virtually no pressure is used:

We continue to roll the rigs through the winter this year, albeit when the weather allows. Here are decent before and after shots of one of the jobs from yesterday.

didn't feel like reading through ten pages lol but are you still using the bucket truck? Are the expenses of the bucket truck for roof cleaning worth the essy access to the front of roofs?

It has more uses than just easy access, and frankly I paid more for a F2504x4 last year than the bucket truck cost. However, the process itself is very hard on the truck due to the constant exposure to the chemicals. Heavy trucks cost more to maintain as it is without chem exposure so it starts to add up quickly.

We'll likely be replacing the bucket truck with something else this year. I would not recommend one.
