Im in Louisville, ky and all I se is scag mowers and stihl trimmers and blowers. Ive been in the business a long time and have found that this combination of equipment works the best for me. I have been buying all my equipment from bluegrass lawn and garden for the last 16 years and they have always been great to me.

I cover from valley station to prospect. We learned along time ago you gotta cover a large area to make it as this city is flooded with lawn cares.

I am in Louisville also, just starting this year and I am in need of some pricing advice. I have been a District manager of sales and service with a National security company for the last 10 years and do not have much experience in the industry, my brother has been working for a small company for the last 3 years so I am leaning on him for tips on the mowing side of things and now I need some help on the business end. I have to make this work as I have dumped my severance into this business. The upside is I have no overhead, I already have a website and quite a few leads on bids and residential yards. I just don't have a starting point on pricing, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks ahead of time

Louisville here also. Mostly work in Jtown Fern Creek and Highview with some exceptions.

As far as handhelds, I really enjoy the Husquvarna 223l from lowes and Stihl blowers from Louisville Tractor. I get most all my parts from them (right up the street)

Thanks for the advice! I will be rolling by the mower shop in the next week or two so I will be sure to check those models out.
