On occasion I will if the kids WANT to go. I never force them or make it a chore to hang out with me at work. I get asked by the kids if they can tag along more than I agree to take them.

As you can tell by the name of my company I started this as a way for my daughter to make some cash. She was 8 when we started. Now she is 16 and really wants money. With her school and softball there is not often that she works with me anymore. When she wants I make sure she can. I also have a 10 year old son who helps out on some of my larger accounts.

I've taken both my sons to job sites. My oldest has run the chipper. They both love it.
