I find that Google invaluable, using cloud storage, account reports are backed up to each customer file, customers have their own a. We back up to dropbox and each customer can access their own file. Which they can view photos from the beginning of the contract to present day. It is a good visual record and proof of the improvements we have brought to the grounds.

Interesting idea. I like it... do you just provide the customers with a link to their Dropbox folder?

Each customer has there own unique password which enables them to view their own account. It also has a copy of their contact in pdf form for freference. How many times do you remember a customer thinking something was included which wasn't? There is also a group folder which they can access, it will have news about new contracts, staff updates, training of staff, new services and so on. It is like a blog. We also feature one garden and other customers can see what the full package benefits are. Usually we get an upgrade on at least two accounts. A full package garden is twice the price of a basic one. So it is our interest to promote it. However if a staff member brings in a new account or is responsible for an full upgraded account they receive a full weeks wage bonus on signing of contract.
