Congrats man. Whats the plan with the encloseds? One for maint one for installs? We started up last week but its still been cold. Have some decent projects coming up though.

I pretty much turned off my home advisor, i think the leads are getting worse and worse. Like 10 consecutive leads that i called immediately and never got a call back, state jobs with 30 bidders for 4 flags of sidewalk etc. Hope it stays good for you.

You got it! one for the maint one for the installs..i Really cant wait. Im thinking about starting next week its just miserable out but i gotta start laying some mulch or we will be decades behind schedule.

Home advisor is so unpredictable but i just stick with it. I have had months of nothing but crap leads and then ill get a month of landing 80% of them.

all i can say is WOW! your work is absolutely awesome! i'm a young guy in the business and am currently in college. its pretty tough managing/trying to grow my business while going to school full time. however, i'm having one hell of a fun time doing it...i like to say i'm living a "rock star" lifestyle since i'm so busy with everything! Do you have any advice for me and others in my situation and age in regards to running/growing a business? thanks! keep the pics comin!
