anyone else cleaning up leaves?

I did my first what you might call leaf cleanup job today and got one scheduled for Thursday. One is a tulip tree which normally drops leaves early, but not this early. The other is a maple that's leaves are rapidly changing color. Maybe the lack of mowing will be made up by fall cleanups in September, but then there won't be much work in Nov. HMMM.

Havent seen too many leaves on the ground yet, I hate the fall clean ups that drag into winter.

I hate doing leaves when it's still hot. I can do them all day when it's cold. I normally carry tarps, and dump them in a ditch, and use the blower alot. My rake doesn't see alot of action.

I hate the colder temps but the good money I make from doing them is a nice way to end the season.

they're not my favorite thing to do, but there's not much mowing right now. If it stays like this I don't see myself going back to any resemblance of a regular mowing schedule so I'm majorly counting on leaves this year. I love cold weather!

Not yet but up here around Toledo it's getting to be a pain in the arse trying to find your golf ball on the course. The Cottonwoods here are dropping leaves like its November.
