My wrist pop all the time but it's with setting heavy block/boulders. It will pop and a sharp pain will hit for a moment than It's gone 30 or so seconds later. It scares the crap out of me when it happens. I'm waiting to drop a boulder on my leg or worse. I still mow accounts with a WB only and have had a trimmer in my hands since '99

vitamin B6.you will thank me in a month or two.stick with it.don't stop taking the vitamins when the pain goes away.
you also may want to consider wrist braces when you sleep.you can get them at the drug stores. |

I figured I would go ahead and hopefully bring this thread back to life.
I'm 22, and my hands and arms shake. My mom has a slight tremor in her neck which I think could very likely be what is causing the shaking. She went through all kinds of tests and stuff and its not a disease or anything. But about a month ago my wrist started to kill me. It would be fine then I'd have this sharp pain, wrist feels stiff, almost like it is jammed. I had fallen shortly before all of this started happening in a lady who's lawn maintenance crew I run for her, I fell in her basement on my right side which is what wrist is bothering me. Thought it may have been from that. Last week I finally got in and saw a P.A in my Dr's practice and she ordered xrays of my wrist. They took multiple xrays. When I tried calling about the results I never got anywhere So I drove up to the office where the imaging place is just below my Dr's practice. Aquired about if they had sent the results to them and they had.. so they sent it again. I went up stairs and finally got my hands on the sheet with the results. Injury- None Degeneration- None The P.A said it would be a good idea to put a wrist brace on it, so I got one and have been taking it reletivly easy... well trying to for that matter. I continue to have the pain. I just cut my backyard and my neighbor's yard with my 32" Ferris hydrocut walk behind mower, wore the brace and my wrist is killing me. After it pops it feels better for a short amount of time then starts feeling the same way it did. I'm running my company completely solo at the moment. My best friend should be back from college soon and I have talked to him about working with me. Things have really been picking up. I got stopped on two different jobs in a matter of two days. One of those people I now have as a client, the other one I just need to figure out an estimate for. So I really need to get all of this pain under control. I've been taking 800 MG of Ibuprofin with slight pain relief, I was wondering if anyone knew of any stretches or tricks that have helped them or others.

After being away for nearly a week.. at the beach I have noticed that my wrist and hand are feeling better. Even after reeling in some decent fighting sharks.
IF there were any doubts that it was the vibration from the equipment they are long gone now. Now to find some way to control the vibrations a little bit more.
