Disappointing!!!

I have half a dozen lake front and golf course homes, but the rest are middle class blue collar families where due to the bad economy both the husband and wife are forced to work more hours than they really care too, and the last thing they want to do is cut grass. They want to spend their time with their kids!!! But I love off the golf course, and I have a cannal along the side of my house to the lake. I managed multi-million companies, and I know how to make money!!! I choose property maintenance because I love it, it's relaxing, and my model is quite fuild! Next year I will not offer the "Justa Program". In fact I plan to buy more reel mowers and focus more on the golf course and lake homes, and the Mini Mansions of Canton. Over the fall & winter I will be bombarding them with brochures, mailers, and signs. In fact I'm in the process of totalling revamping my business plan, and just met with the township about handling their ordianance violation, easements, and parks, and if that goes through I will be expanding real fast buying a ton of gang reels, trucks, etc, to cover the volume. I know how to manage big! And Big is what could be just around the corner!

used a trimmer to edge for over 30 years and no complaints--I can make it look as good in regularly maintained lawns as any edger--

Why? On a regularly maintained fescue lawn, you cannot tell the difference. I always have one with me, but find it significantly more efficient if my guys or I can use the trimmer. On larger commercials, it is nice to be able to affect and trim the same area rather than edge everything and then go put up the edger, grab the trimmer, and walk back to where you were just a few minutes prior.
