I guess the concensus from our loyal following of landscapers is to keep jumping their mowers off...They have the luxury of only concerning themselves with their own equipment.

No offense...but...You guys are a bunch of fair weather friends...the day you drop off your mower for a weak battery and a tuneup...and it ends up needing an ECU too...We will see how quickly you jump on the " Dont jump the mower off " bandwagon...

Gonna be a good day to sweat....back to work......

Away for 10 days and missed all the fun! Did anyone get edgimicated?

No additional comments on the EFI/ECU issue but will add that I've replaced a few charging coils that were scorched--all had been jump started off a running pickup engine putting out in excess of 50 amps.

Yes Sir....Dutch...Round here...we is an equal opportunity ejumakater...

Ive got an old battery charger ...made in the 50's..that should have been a welder...It almost started an engine with 2 broke rods once...I dont let anyone mess with it around the shop...It aint got no safeties....
