How to close a business in MN?

Last Fall I got all the paper work filed for starting a small lawn care business. Now it doesn't look like I will be doing any lawn care work other than my own yard do to medical, personal, and financial reasons. Does anyone know how to close a business properly in the state of MN? I filed for the Article of Organization and the Ammendment of Assumed Name.

If you have any links or info, can you please post them for me?

I will still continue to cruise this site and gain knowledge but starting and running a lawn care business is just not for me at this particular time.
