Anyone heard of or using the Smart Service Software that Intuit helped create?

I have never heard of that software so I can't give my opinion on it.

What I can give my opinion is Jobber scheduling and billing! I have used them since the start of this season and the software and support is phenomenal! They have a free trial that doesn't require a credit card so you got nothing to lose! You won't be disappointed!

Thanks Kirk. My Service Depot and Smart Service is supposed to be some of the best software that intergrates with Quickbooks. I've only been able to find three bad reviews, but I had to do some digging to find it

Jobber integrates with quickbooks! I have NEVER seen a negative review of Jobber and I doubt one exists. There may be some people that don't use Jobber because they don't have the specific features they need for their business, but I have never heard anyone say anything bad about their software, support, or company.

Take advantage of Jobber's free trial. You will never look back. They are always adding new features and updates on an almost weekly basis. Plus, their customer support is stellar! I happened to find a coding glitch as a result of a new feature being rolled out, emailed them, and they had a fix in place in a matter of hours! I call Jobber all the time to tell them new features I would like to see added and they actually listen and add them! Me and Sam, the co-founder of Jobber, have become good friends through discussing Jobber over the phone. Just give them a try, you have no money to lose and everything to gain!

@ klogan011: I'm really sorry you weren't able to get ahold of us —*we try to be really diligent about making ourselves available for questions and responding to everyone that gets in touch with us. We always respond to every email and phone call we get, although often times we have to leave a message. I'm wondering if maybe your message got caught up in a spam filter or something.

Jobber is the way to go, now and the future... I would have to think you had incorrect contact info if you say you could not get ahold of them. They have the best customer support that I've seen from any other software company.

You are probably right. I did finally e-mail him and we planned to do a demo online. We haven't worked our schedules out yet but hopefully soon. I currently use Service Auto Pilot. What do Jobber have to offer that SAP doesn't. Other than it is cheaper. Does it do all the same things?

As for Jobber vs. SAP, we're just different. We put a lot of time and effort into usability, and our customers who have come to us from SAP really notice that and love us for it. At the end of the day, if software is bloated and kludgy and a pain to use, you're just not going to use it, or at least you're not going to see the same efficiency benefits. The other thing we've got going for us is that we're *constantly* improving Jobber. We literally add new features and improvements every week, as can be seen on the Jobber Blog at http://blog.getjobber.com.

I just thought I would weigh in with that —*maybe some of the Jobber users on the site here that have experience with both systems will weigh in too.
