Hello from South Jersey

Hello LawnSite.com I am a smaller company that has just upgraded to an older T-Bar toro to help cut my cancer charity cases. My problem is that in taller junk grass its cut is horrible. I have lowered the deck and slowed the speed of cut down. Blades are some sort of mulching and were recently sharpened. I heard that missing the middle is common in older models and higher lift blades could help. Any suggestions are definately welcomed. I do mostly cancer charity so money is limited and comes out of my pocket.
