wow i just got another customer that wrote me a note with her payment for my guys to be extra careful b/c her concrete is chipping away where we are edging. we use a string trimmer to edge. no way trimmer line is chipping concrete unless it's so old and brittle

Any chance this last one could be friends of the first? Sounds kinda like they're trying to set it up for them to be able to make a case in court if it came to that.

Sounds kinda fishy to me. I use a stick edger and on occasion it slips out of the grove. NO CHIPS!! Or cracks. That would be some strong string to do the damage these 2 are claiming.

I would tell her to bring it on. There's no way that edging or lack of caused her problems. Some people will do anything to get something for free.
