Kawasaki fh500v blowing fuel out carburetor
kawasaki fh500v-as40 on a cub cadet rider.
my son had it give to him because po could not get it running. only has 123 hrs on it. po said it was running good and one day it just won't start. po replaced both coils so there is spark, replaced fuel pump, new plugs, air cleaner and still would not start. i looked it over today has spark, fuel getting to carb., the fuel anti-fire solnoid was not working so i cut the plunger off. motor cranks over but blows gas right out carb. if i spray starting fuild it just blows it right back out carb. took valve cover off and valves stems are moving in and out. took flywheel off and flywheel key is fine. it will not even fire with starting fluid. any suggests on what to do now. thanks allen |

Adjust the valves....if problem persists..do a leakdown test...
Make sure you don't have a potato stuck in the tailpipe.. Posted via Mobile Device |
