Also, DO NOT pull plugs when it is dry, hot, and the soil hard as a rock. Does way more harm than good. I saw TG out pulling plugs around here in July, amidst our severe drought. Not good.

I also forgot to metion this DA is correct, you never want to pull plugs when it's dry out or the soil is hard. Advise the customer to water 24 hours before service, work out better for you as the service provider.
