I pre plan my days. For example I had to get there today before noon after doing a 13 acre church so I can have some for tomorrow, and Monday. I DO NOT ever load in the morning. I leave the house and go directly to my first job or the day will suck. Too many guys waste too much time preparing in the AM. I am ready to go the night before. It's about rhythm.
I never ever answer the phone during the production day either at this time of year....I do all that when I get back to my desk. "Rhythm"
I don't stop for pop and chips and cigs. I have them already. "Rhythm"
Don't bug me for an estimate you walk up nerd. "RHYTHM!" lol
It's a state of mind. I think I've lost mine....
I have to agree on the people walking up to me in the field, talk about throwing off your process of execution.
