Thanks for the info, I run a Scag tiger cub 52 and and an exmark 44hp both with baggers. I am selling the exmark and plan on replacing it with a Walker to do around buildings/ parking lots/ residential lawns, and use the Scag for bag yards etc that can be SD. My Scag is getting old and I am thinking the Walker can eventually do both jobs. How long does it actually take to switch decks and is it efficient/ make sense to do a couple times a day?

After you get used to switching decks out, it really only takes a couple minutes to do.... Now, depending on how you have your trailer set up will determine if it makes sense to do a couple times a day... I have seen some pretty slick set up with deck holders welded onto the sides of trailers and also decks holders on caster wheel set-ups that can be rolled out and onto the trailer. Changing back and forth between a 48 ghs and a 52 sd would definitely be possible... A 48ghs to a 62 sd... maybe a little harder.... But hey, Anything is really possible you just have to use your brains and create the best system...

I actually don't know about the switching decks out. I only have the one 48ghs decks for mine so I'm glad Armsden could answer this one for you. I have not had any major issues with the wheels falling off curbs or anything like that. Just have to learn the machine and get used to where the wheels are. When I first bought mine I dropped them into a bed edge a few times.

The walker is fine for me for doing large residential lawns. With the speed up kit it goes just about as fast as you would want a ztr to go. I actually timed it with using the walker and using my buddies scag tiger cub the next week and they were both the same time.
