Yep- ditto ^^^^^^^^^

I'm not a trailer expert by any stretch, so I didn't know if there was a company that actually used extra heavy duty axles in a smaller package like that. The local rental yard has one not much (if any) bigger than the one in puppy's pic that has a 7k or 10K axle (for smaller skidloaders or one of their stump grinders) under it. It's a single axle too. I've used it once or twice in the past.

Hey Puppy, that IS a well built trailer....ramp and all! I like the tail lights too, looks like somebody took some time to build it right.

I did a "double take" when I saw the pic with the little boy, he's the spittin' image of my grandson....blond hair, size and all!

What are the details on that mower puppy?

60" / 25 Kawi...He was talking about it being the best mower made this morning; he absolutely loves his Super Z. He came from a family of farmers that bleeds JD green, his mother (father passed) has the big series JD with a 72" deck, and I heard him talk about cutting circles around his mom's mower because of the speed difference.

Had a 20ft PJ with side ramp. Was a good trailer for the money. Needed better axles under it. When turning a tight corner the wheels would look like they would bow out bad. Had a 20ft Corn Pro and the only thing that would bow was the tire. The Corn Pro had Dexter axles under it. Had to replace the wheel brgs after 1 year also on the PJ. Other than that it was a good trailer, pulled good and you couldnt beat the price.

They are very well made trailers made just down the road here in the "trailer belt" of NE TX instead of the corn belt.....

My favorite on the PJ's is the removable side rails option. It appears the one in the pic has that from the looks of the rails in stake pockets and bolts on the front corners. I don't see any of the other companies around here doing that. Maybe PJ has a patent on it?

I think it to be a PJ Trailer, model 7710. (see decal on first picture)

http://www.pjtrailers.com/detail.cfm?ID=U7

The 77 denotes width (77" wide), and the 10 denotes bed length (10 ft).

You are correct; I asked him if his mothers 72" deck would fit onto the trailer, and he said with room to spare, it was 77" wide. Most all the single mower trailers I've seen would not carry a 72" deck, and if they did the deck was rubbing the sides. The ramp is by far the strongest I've seen built on a trailer this size.
