You have to be careful modding a small motor in a big truck like that or your duty cycle/durability will go out the window. You can get away with it with a little pickup truck because you are not moving any weight to speak of, but if you move 30K+ every day with a modded T444E it will not last. Same goes for the B series Cummins. There's a reason that these motors are tuned for lower HP in the bigger trucks, it's to ensure long engine life.

The 5.9 is a medium duty truck engine. It is massive overkill for the Dodge.
