Started with a 95 F150 w/ small V-8 but it couldn't handle a 16ft trailer and the summer heat so I had to switch to my 04 Titan. Still love my Ford though, just not quite enough ass to handle the trailer fully loaded.

Your right , I had a 04 Titan that I pulled a 16ft with a frt end loader on , beast of a truck. Only reason i got rid of it is because I couldnt keep A/C compressors in it

2007 Chevy 2500HD 6.0L gas. Used to have a 1998 GMC 2500 6.5L diesel with service body...the 2007 is WAY better at towing than the old truck was!!!

Started with a 2003 Toyota Tundra 4.7 liter (4x4) - Sold that to buy....
2011 F250 Ford Crew Cab 6.7 liter (4x4) diesel truck with ARE Topper. Line-X the hitch & the 8 ft bed and then placed a Bed Rug over the Line-Xed bed.

I throw all my junks and equipment in a trailer....never the back of the bed. It's a lot cheaper to replace a trailer than replacing the bed box of a truck. Just my thought.
