A manual grease gun is a whole lot cheaper, about as easy to use, and they don't break down.

I guess you are comparing it to the units that have all sealed bearings, well that doesn't work too well. Not friendly.....you can get to every one t he zerts easily
And I guess you wouldn't like Walker very much... the best units have a lot of zerts. Try the Snapper WB S20 it is friendly.

But a manual one with a flex hose sometimes requires three hands (you know the zerks I'm talking about). A power one is easier with two

I will never get a walker, the only one I ever used was impossible to drive and stayed in disrepair. I do want to ask what grease do you use on your spindles? I'm assuming any high temp grease would work but not sure.
