do i need bulk mail permit?

my 3 test peices went through, so assuming the other 27 reached there target.. used a fake name or current resident to my own address and they left it.. as well as a neighbor who got one as well. gonna atleast get these 1,000 out now.

Someone questioned the logic of using a regular stamp.

Not saying that is the best option but if I am sending out a few hundred select mailings, you bet ya. I do a custom letter, hand addressed envelope and regular stamp.

I bet you every one of them is read and the response rate is higher.

Also check with your local UPS Store. Around here, they have contracted with the USPS for this service. (Granted they are hoping to get the printing business of it), but they may be more helpful than actual USPS.

I had my printer do everything,designing,printing sorting and drop off at post office.
