Battery, I checked their website out and they recharge all their batteries with "Bullfrog" power which is the green provider around us anyway.

I guess they carry a lot of spare charged batteries with them. That would suck to run out of juice mid-job and have to wait for the battery to recharge.

I assume thats why they had 3 mowers on the trailer. If you can run one for approx 1.5 hr under light cutting conditions then there is 4.5 hrs of cutting. Along with trimmer time and truck time that could be a full day. And by the looks of their pictures they do property with 90% garden coverage so probably garden work at most of their sites.

All for the same 35 bucks a gasser would charge and be out in 15mins. Battery guys get to invest their money in new batteries since they have a finite cyle life. But, its good for the planet right? Nope, Lithium and NiCad requires immense resources to process.

I guess I don't have to worry about these guys competing with me on my 3 to 4 acre accounts. I couldn't even imagine pushing those jobs
