I have a set of 4gb headphones that are waterproof and have integrated mp3 player...they work very well...no wires.

I own and run a drager in the winter a few years back the radio broke on deck. I started to note that my fish were not being box right. once I fix the radio the fish were packed right. So I always keep a back up on board it just make people happy and moral up. When we do mulch jobs I Let them listen to the radio and it seem to be the same. there work is better because they are happy good tunes = good work.
