health and management questions
I work along side my crew, as I am an owner/operator. I have been having some back and hip pain, so I have been talking to my chiropractor. He told me to stretch a lot. I want to know what you ladies and gentleman do to stay healthy. To formally ask the question, what do you do for your muscle and joint health?
I am also wondering if it is time for me to just manage the business, installs, and designs. That is a question I am sure only I can answer, but I would like to hear from anyone who has been in a similar situation before. |

I run the day to day opperations for Two corporations with my office manager 5 days a week. When I demo my product the Easy-Lift Harness, I usually have it on 80% of the time for a two or three day show. I have been working like this for the last 10 years and gradually made the transition from offering full service design, install and maintenance to where I am presently. I do bike most every day and workout twice a week at the Y.
Yes I also stretch before and after my work outs and keep my self well hydrated. Thank God I have no know medical issues and I can be very happy about that. easy-lift guy |
