99 bobcat 873 4400hrs what's it worth
I am looking into buying a 1999 bobcat 873 with a turbo diesel.. Has 4400 hrs come with bucket.. Inside cab is kind of rusty.. May have loaded salt before.. Wants to creep a little at idle..mbut besides that seems to run ok.. What would be a good price for this machine ball park figure...

What would cause that creep and stalling at idle? Adjustments?.

Personaly with 4400 hrs I would check the Leave-r B lever and walk away from this deal. Sounds like engine has either bad injectors or compression problems and the travel thing is either a bad valve (blow by) or linkage. 4400 hrs is more than any engine can do without a rebuild expecialy a Skidder which is abused most its life anyways.

If I can get for 3000 is it worth it or am I wasting my cash?
