I would go with a combination of both if it's multiple properties. Have some balance in there so to speak.

I am planing on checking out some used toro 580d next week, also talked to the dealer about the new 5900d. Also considered the 4500d but it seems to be a huge difference in productivity.
From walking some of the bid sites i see we are going to need some real powerfull machines. We would have to win atleast a few sites to get the specialized equipment to make it real profitable. We cover alot of ground every month but this could be a big bump. Posted via Mobile Device
