What are the changes to the management definitions does anyone know?

This won't just affect this industry, a lot of jobs will be axed or scaled back because of this.

Likely to tighten the rules on who should be exempt from overtime by setting a percentage of time that a person would have to spend actually managing.

I'd bet my salary this will have no effect on the tech/ media industries........ once again singling out middle class workers in industries like ours.
