This bed was in a low spot and they were watering every other day. I think we found the culprit.
one of my customers has Periwinkles in his beds that he never waters. They only get rain water. They are the biggest periwinkles you will ever see. Mine at my house do fine with frequent watering but they are in a raised bed that drains well.

We have a couple different properties that is having problems with limbs in the shrubs dying back. It is just making an impossible maintenance problem for us. Any suggestions?

Check for bagworms. Junipers are bad about that.
