well you can go extra width and length with single axle if needed, my neighbor runs 2 JD 48"s like mine on a single axle (they will work with heavy loads that's about 2800lbs of mowers) he has a full sized chevy 4x4 and it pushes him all over but still carries fine for years it's a 6x14 maybe a 1/4" of room left with both mowers on lol.

I prefer a double myself with 2-ztrs, think he may be getting one soon also after JD dealer lent him there's when he had to get a 60" loaner for a few days, I would rather make a purchase for more room than screw up and have less room

What is the prices your getting up there for that size?

Yeah that's what I'm thinking my self the other problem is I have to be able to get it in my garage in the summer
