By installing the NCC-RS cartridge we can tie into the system using the rs232 connection. My question is, where can I find the rs232 protocol for this device? I need to know what command it sends during flow or other alarm conditions, so that the Crestron can recognize it. Also, is the IQ software required to set up IQ-NCC Cartridge?

Thanks in advance for any help
The info from SoCalLandscapeMgmt above is correct. The communication protocols are proprietary and are not shared outside Rain Bird.
Thank you for your interest in Rain Bird products.
