Anyone happen to know what MSRP is on a Toro 22197?

It's hard to find Toro and Exmark's list prices on stuff these days. It's almost like they don't want you to know what it is. If I remember, the last time I saw the published price on the Toro Heavy Duty 21" w/Kawi engine (22197) it was $1249 or something like that. Does that sound right?

They also do a pretty poor job of letting the public know when there are sales on these. I know from time to time, Toro and Exmark knocks $100 off stuff like this. But you never know unless you just happen to stumble into a dealership looking for that particular item. You would think they would want the buyers to know when there is a special.

Yep 1249 is it. Great mower bought one tues cuz mine grew legs. There is room on them try to get something off. My dealer would not come off any. I had a stack of line edger.blades and other crap before I asked about the mower. When he would not give any I told him not to write up the little stuff cuz if he can't give any off the mower I would order all my small stuff online fron now on. So what he did was throw in the small stuff.. It was about 80 bucks worth of stuff.

I called a place up the road about 35 miles asking about the 22156. Was considering it due to the weight, but distributor apparently does not stock it and it would be two weeks minimum to get one. So I asked about the 22197. Like the closest dealer, he said the distributor had it in stock. He quoted me an excellent price on it. The other dealer said Toro had a discount on the 22156. And based on this guy's price on the 22197 it leads me to believe there may have been a $100 Toro discount on it as well.
