FYI...like it or not..the mexicans outwork the local rednecks 3 to 1...don't complain....work for less money...and show up to work everyday..
Sure makes it easier to get things done on time....and on budget..

I ain't bilingual!! It's called Google Translate!!!
The crews I deal with sometimes leave notes on the equip. in espanol, I stumbled on Google translate by accident, but it has come in handy on occasion.

I've got an app on my phone that will "translate" you speak into it and a really, really rough hombre comes out the other side.... all in all worthless though.

You know, I hate to admit it, but that is the truth. I have never hired any, but a large landscape/hardscape firm around here has a few crews and we have worked with them and they get at it. Even when it comes to end of the day work.
