How long did it take start to finish? Looks really nice, screw the associations beach, their backyard is a beach.

So figured I would post an update on this thread, the association made the homeowner have the dunes removed because it was getting sand on there walking path to the beach (i know unbelievable right) had to remove the whole sand dune and install a new lawn in the back. I'll post some pictures up when i get home from dinner tonight. So disappointing to have had to tear this project out. The views where outstanding from the house.

Thats my buddies rig, he keeps his truck immaculate. He just replaced it with a brand new one pretty much same exact truck color and all. Still trying to get the pictures up on here of the tear out it gotta figure out how to resize the pictures

around 4 hours with the 550 and gooseneck dump hauling continuously dump site was approx 5 miles away.
