Aeration Flyer

I was thinking of redoing my aeration and over seeding flyer this season and adding some more selling points. Here is what I am thinking

Free soil test if signed on before certain date .
Discounted price if bundled with fall clean up.
If you have never done it its a good idea to.

The line on top, "Is the grass always greener on the other side? Well now yours can be too with fall aeration and overseeding" or something like that.

If I think of anything else ill post here, but what selling points do others list to customers?

What you have so far sounds good. Once you are ready to order some printing, check out A'Deas Printing. We have many different specials right now and we are pretty competitive right now on pricing. We can do plan flyers, or we can do door hangers. We have added features that can help keep your piece in view and not in the lawn or trash. Check out our website at www.adeasprinting.com or feel free to shoot me an email anytime! My name is Glenda and my email is glenda@adeasprinting.com
