Tilleys are expensive but make a great Christmas gift. Most of us are asked what we want for Christmas and it is a great time to stock up on hats, gloves, clippers etc.

just small ear phone (plugs) and the mesh does not matter to anything that small.

ear muffs might be another story as the hat is a tight, stretchable fit. muffs would definitely interfere IMO...
