yea the customer paid. i would love to see it reel cut but it won't be happening unfortunately.

Might happen if the customer has to pay for renovation several times in a row. Here, it is normally big money, like $1-1.50 per sq ft. It is not easy to get people to jump once for it. Twice, forget it. Expectation is that the mowing guy cuts it short enough thereafter so that it does not thatch up.

Most of the country will still be frozen in February, but not here in central Florida. We don't own ice scrapers or snow shovels? One time we did endure 1" of snow! eke. Everything you need to know about Verticutting.
