well, I picked up 38 yards this month pricing well. Never ran into anyone that i was bidding against him. Next month i will because I'm in 3 magazines and he will more then likely be in one or two of them. but I'm rolling right now spring sales season is getting it down here in the south.

I met one of the origional owners of true green 2 years back. He stopped me because my business name looked like his curent company "all green". We talked about a hr and he told me how they ran true green at the begining was a mistake. They went for volume and only made 2k per truck per year after all expenses. So I imagine this guy has a plan similar.

When you guys talk this volume you have to consider that truGreen can raise their price just $1.00 and it makes a lot more profits without really raising the app. price

Same goes for mowing small lawns $ 2.50 can buy a truck come years end.
